If you choose to contact us by phone or email, that communication takes place outside a form on this website. Data you voluntarily provide in such communication is processed according to the purpose of the inquiry and the applicable professional and legal obligations.

To deliver and protect the website, the infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser and device type, technical identifiers, diagnostic information and security logs.

Google receives data from this website only when you explicitly load Google Maps or follow an external link to the service. Your email provider and the law firm's email provider are involved when you send an email.

Some technical providers are international organizations and certain processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area.

Where Chapter V GDPR applies, transfers must rely on a permitted mechanism such as an adequacy decision, an applicable transfer framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Base44 states in its DPA that it uses such mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

There is no single retention period for all categories of data. Technical and security logs are retained for the period necessary for security, diagnostics and applicable legal requirements of the infrastructure.

Your cookie choice is stored locally in the browser until it is deleted or changed. Correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the communication, the law firm's professional obligations, applicable legal periods and the need to establish or defend legal claims.
